TD's building to San Francisco

I heard that the GLS Group of San Francisco wanna buy this building from TD Bank. I'm not sure about the reasons.
Ouvi dizer que o Grupo GLS de São Francisco quer comprar esse prédio do TD Bank. Eu não tenho certeza sobre as razões.

Checking the stock quotes

As usual, every morning I take my Mercedes SLK and go to this eletronic chart just to check the stock quotes. But I was in a hurry today, so I had to stop my SLK in the middle of the street and took a picture of the chart to see it later.
Como usual, toda manhã eu pego minha Mercedes SLK e vou até esse marcador eletrônico para checar minhas ações. Mas eu estava com pressa hoje, por isso eu precisei parar minha SLK no meio da rua para tirar a foto do marcador para poder ler depois.

Undressing the building

Huge outdoor sculpture. I like to see this things, you know, when you're walking in the streets and you suddenly see something insane. I'm very pleased to see wasted spaces becoming in artistical expression.
Gigante escultura ao ar livre. Eu gosto de ver essas coisas, você sabe, quando você está andando pela rua e derepente vê algo insano. Eu sou muito agradecido (como isso fica horrível em português Jezzzzz) por ver espaços disperdiçados se tornarem expressão artística.

Yessss, Toronto has its own studio. Just joking, this is a movie theather. I never went there... yet.
Simmm, Toronto tem seu próprio estúdio. Zueira, esse é um cinema. Eu nunca fui lá... ainda.

Metro

Are you looking that little door behind that car? That is the entrance for the Metro Nightclub. Seens to be small but actually it's not, the club has 2 floors and a nice decoration. A curiosity about the place: the bartenders (girls) dress pants in the front side and in the back just the underwear, yeah, like a panty.
Está vendo aquela portinha atrás daquele carro? Aquela é a entrada para o Metro Nightclub. Parece pequeno mas na verdade não é, o clube tem 2 andares e uma decoração legal. Uma curiosidade sobre o lugar: as bartenders vestem um tipo de uma calça na frente e atrás é apenas a roupa de baixo, sim, como uma tanga, uma calcinha.

If you look to Downtown when you're in the corner of Peter with Adelaide is that what you'll see. Why Peter x Adelaide? Why not? :P

I went to University of Toronto today. It's huge, with a lot of buildings there, I particularly like old buildings.

Eu fui na Universidade de Toronto hoje. É gigante, com um monte de prédios lá, eu particularmente gosto de prédios antigos.
