After a long time waiting in the rush line to take a ticket to watch The chances of the World changing, I was here waiting in the holder line to really watch the documentary.
Depois de uma longa espera para conseguir o ingresso para ver The chances of the World changing, eu estava aqui na fila do ingresso para realmente ver o documentário.

Sunny day so... Corvette day :P

You know, if the sunday is sunny, the weather is nice, is day for sport. Nothing more sport than a Corvette (after all, that's the reason to have one :P). But sorry because I wasn't fast enough to take some pictures from a Ferrari passing through me, but believe me, was a genuine F355.
Você sabe, se o domingo é de sol, o clima é bom, é dia para esporte. Nada mais esporte que um Corvette (afinal, esse é o motivo para ter um :P). Mas me desculpe porque eu não fui rápido o bastante para tirar algumas fotos da Ferrari que passou por mim, mas acredite, era uma genuína F355.

New entrance - The ROM

Well, as you can see the main entrance of the Royal Ontario Museum (The ROM) is out of order. However, as you can see as well :P, it'll be more one master piece on The ROM.

Inside the ROM

Waiting to watch Walking to Werner a story about a young film maker walking from Seattle to LA to meet your inspirator the film maker Werner Herzog. Great photography, edition, rithm and creative line in this documentary, really really amazing.
Esperando para assistir Walking to Werner uma estória sobre um jovem diretor caminhando de Seattle (USA) para Los Angeles para encontrar seu inspirador o diretor Werner Herzog. Ótima fotografia, edição, ritimo e linha criativa nesse documentário, realmente fantástico.

Bloor Cinema

From the outside seens to be a filthy place, but actually is only the old front side of the building. It's a nice cinema and I went twice there in this last weekend, when I watched Black Gold (telling about the labor exploration in the coffee plantations in Ethiopia) and An Unreasonable Man (see more in the post below).
De fora parece um pulgueiro, mas na verdade é apenas a fachada velha do prédio. É uma sala legal e eu fui duas vezes lá nesse último final de semana, quando eu assisti Black Gold (contando sobre a exploração do trabalho nas plantações de café na Etiópia) e An Unresonable Man (veja mais no post abaixo).

Inside the Bloor Cinema

Yep, I was there, watching the HotDocs... you couldn't see but it was the presentation of An Unresonable Man telling the history about Ralph Nader. Pretty intersting documentary including many proofs about the "political game" in the 2004 elections in USA.
Si, eu estava lá, assistindo o HotDocs... você não pode ver mas foi a apresentação do An Unresonable Man (ainda sem título em Português... nada, eu que não quero traduzir, perde o contexto :P) contando a estória sobre Ralph Nader. Interessantíssimo documentário incluíndo muitas provas sobre o "jogo político" nas eleições de 2004 nos Estados Unidos.

Book Store :P

Talking about the sidewalk's book stores, I read about a curious new law to be voted here, it's about the garage sales. If the new law would be accepted, the garage sales will be occours only twice a year. Until now I didn't hear about the book sales in the sidewalks (but maybe the book stores here could claim for a law to limit this such of informal market too).
Falando sobre as lojas de livros das calçadas, eu li sobre uma curiosa lei a ser votada aqui, é sobre as vendas de garagem. Se a nova lei for aprovada, as vendas de garagem ocorrerão apenas duas vezes ao ano. Até agora não ouvi nada sobre a venda de livros nas calçadas (mas talvez as lojas de livros aqui possam pedir uma lei para limitar esse tipo de comércio informal também).
